Economic Forecast

In December of 1999, we suggested getting completely out of stocks. At that time, we also suggested real estate would be a better investment. Since that time, the forecast has held true. However, as of June 16, 2003 we have changed our point-of-view.

As far as practical help for everyone, we are recommending things I thought I'd never hear us say:

100% liquidity

0% stocks
0% bonds
0% real estate (This does not necessarily mean you do
                not own real estate, but rather that it
                should be fully leveraged.  30 year
                fixed rate mortgage with no pre-payment
                penalties.)
